Andrew Newlon
Andrew was born and raised in Nixa, MO. After high school, he served 10 years in the US Army Reserves, including 2 deployments and graduated from Missouri State University. He, his wife, Kenzie, son, Eli, and daughter, Addilyn, live in Springfield. He enjoys the outdoors, hunting, traveling, working out and spending time with his family.
He began buying houses in 2013. Andrew’s unique ability is to build relationships, solve problems, and lead others. Inside Ozarks House Buyers, he focuses on finding opportunities to help homeowners, investors, and future buyers. His leadership skills allows him to grow and coach the team in order to serve more homeowners in the area.

Danny, born and raised in Joplin, MO, moved to Springfield in 2011. With a diverse background in marketing and sales, he excels as our Client Relations Specialist for Ozarks House Buyers. Danny's genuine love for helping people solve problems makes him a natural fit for this role. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking, spending time at the lake, and cherishing moments with his family.

Nick Davis
Nick grew up in Phoenix, AZ and moved to Springfield in his teens. In his young days, he played every sport from football and basketball to MMA and boxing. Once he figured I wasn’t going pro in any of it, he settled into the workforce. Over the years he fell in love with becoming retired sooner than later and becoming self sufficient financially. And the world of real estate answered his prayers. As a Home Buying Specialist, he gets to help people in need whilst setting himself and family up for an amazing future. When he’s not hard at work you can find him on the golf course, shooting pool, cheering for football and hanging with his people!

Emma, born and raised in Paxico, KS, is the Closing Coordinator for Ozarks House Buyers. Recently relocated to the Springfield, MO area, she brings three years of experience in the financial sector, ranging from bank teller to financial investment roles. Emma is passionate about helping others grow and succeed, skills that shine as she guides clients to the closing table. She also supports the Operations department. Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her husband, their daughter, and their three dogs.

Heath Jech
Heath moved to Springfield, MO from up near Chicago, IL in 2007. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, billiards, football, and grilling. He got into real estate in 2012 after having an amazing experience buying his first home and has been involved ever since. He has experience with everything from listing, buying, flips, and rentals. He understands the wealth building power of investing in real estate and enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience.

Kris was born and raised in Springfield Missouri. After high school he served 4 years in the US Navy, stationed aboard two different ships and was afforded the opportunity to see the world. After service he returned to the Ozarks, founding several outdoor based companies focused on sales and marketing. Throughout his professional journey he discovered that his true passion was connecting with people and small businesses owners allowing them to identify their problems and creative solutions. Which is why he excels as a Customer Service Specialist for Ozarks House Buyers. Outside of work Kris and his family live in Nixa and are avid waterfowl hunters and his free time is spent making Duck Calls. He and his family regularly attend sporting events in support of their favorite teams.

Beth Blaisdell
Beth was raised in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of California and the red clay plateaus of Southern Utah before moving to the breathtaking Ozarks in late 1999. She has always had an interest in real estate, which led her to begin her career as an apartment manager in 2005, overseeing more than 300 units.
During the 2008 recession, Beth pivoted into the financial education industry and purchased her first rental property in 2009—an experience that launched a real estate journey she never could have imagined. She became actively involved in the local real estate investors group and worked alongside seasoned investors who taught her the fundamentals of real estate investing.
Beth is excited to bring her experience, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to her role as Listing Coordinator with Ozarks House Buyers Realty Team. Today, she enjoys living in the country, kayaking the beautiful Ozark rivers, and listening to psychology podcasts and audiobooks while walking in nature.

Trevor is a Republic, Missouri native with a passion for the outdoors, music, and staying active. He enjoys playing piano, competing in pickleball, and attending live MMA events, where he’s also spent time training.
With experience in both new home sales and as an independent agent, Trevor brings valuable insight to every transaction as a Buyers Agent for Ozarks House Buyers.
